Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place vegetables and diced onion in a coated pan and heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the bacon slices into slightly wider pieces. In a pan without fat, drain the bacon crisply, take it out and put it on a piece of kitchen paper. Bring stock and tomato paste to the boil, add vegetables and bring to the boil again.
Season the soup to taste with pepper and chilli. Just before serving, add noodles and bacon.
