Clean the radishes, put some leaves aside for garnishing. Wash the radishes and cut in half. Dab meat dry and season with salt
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the steaks for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Season with pepper. Place the steaks in an ovenproof dish and cook in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes until medium rare.
Heat butter in a pan and roast bay leaves in it for about 2 minutes. Add the radishes, season with salt and cook in the closed pan for about 6 minutes
Arrange steaks, radishes and herb butter and garnish with radish leaves. Delicious with baguette bread
