Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (750 g) Oven fries
  • 500 g Pork cutlet (in pieces)
  • 3 Peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, curry
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Cover baking tray with baking paper, bake frozen French fries in the oven for approx. 20 minutes, turn once.

    Dab meat dry, dice. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and slice onion. Fry meat in oil, season with salt and pepper, take out. Sauté vegetables, onion and 2 teaspoons curry in the frying fat.

    Add ketchup, 150 ml water, vinegar and meat, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste. Salt the chips and serve with shashlik.
