Cut meat into thin slices and pretzel into cubes. Cut chorizo into thin slices. Cut the beans in half. Cut rocket salad into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan. Salt and pepper the slices of meat and fry over a high heat while stirring. Remove from the pan. Add the chorizo to the pan and fry. Add the pretzel cubes and beans and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add the meat, rocket salad and thyme and flip through. Season to taste with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
