  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Camembert
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Boil eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes until hard. Mash the camembert with a fork. Mix curd and camembert. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Quarter peppers, clean, wash, dab dry and cut into fine cubes. Cut ham into fine strips.

    Clean, wash and grate the carrot. Wash cucumber and cut into fine strips. Drain eggs, quench, peel and cut into cubes. Layer quark and remaining ingredients in glasses. Garnish with chives if necessary. Accompanied by pretzel rolls and brown bread
