Quark cream with fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g mixed frozen fruit
  • 2 Peach halves
  • 7-10 Tbsp canned
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 8 wafer rolls or
  • 7-10 Tbsp other pastries

Directions

    Defrost the mixed fruits and cut the peaches into small pieces. Sprinkle the prepared fruits with rum and let them steep for about 30 minutes

    If desired, remove about 4 tablespoons of the fruit and puree. Stir smooth with quark and season with sugar. Whip cream until stiff. Let vanillin sugar trickle in. fold cream into the fruit quark

  3. 3

    Arrange the quark cream with the remaining fruit. Decorate with wafer rolls
