  • 225 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 9 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar crystals
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 125 g quark, 1 egg, 75 g sugar, salt, milk and oil. Mix flour and baking powder and knead into the quark mixture with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanillin sugar, marzipan, remaining egg and remaining quark until smooth. Form 9 round cakes from the quark oil dough with floured hands and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Press a depression in the middle, add one tablespoon of cream cheese and marzipan mixture at a time, place apricots on top and sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Whisk the egg yolks and whipped cream. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the cakes with it. Take the cakes out of the oven, let them cool down and serve them decorated with lemon balm
