Wash the orange, grate dry and tear off the peel with thin zests. Halve the orange, cut off 1 slice and put aside for decoration. Squeeze the orange. Pluck currants from the stalks, except for 4 panicles. Sort the remaining berries and wash them if necessary. Simmer blackberries, 200 g raspberries, 100 g currants and 125 g blueberries and vanilla sugar for 2-3 minutes.
Stir orange juice and starch until smooth and use to thicken the groats. Let simmer for 1 minute, then add the remaining berries and let cool off. Quarter the orange slice. Mix lassi and yoghurt. Arrange the berry groats and vanilla lassi sauce, decorate with redcurrants, orange wedges and zests
