Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Pumpkin roughly dice. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until soft
In the meantime peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core and dice the flesh. Melt butter in a pot and stew apple cubes in it for about 5 minutes until soft
Drain the pumpkin, add the milk and mash the flesh into puree. Add mustard and apple and stir in. Lamb chops taste good with it
