Puff pastry corners with feta & minced meat

Ingredients

  • 300 g TK-sheet pastry
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS paprika-filled olives
  • 100 g Feta
  • 200 g mixed mince
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 150 g chunky tomatoes (package)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS getr. Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Defrost the slices of dough. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Halve the olives. Dice feta

    Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Add tomatoes, bring to the boil. Season with oregano, salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Let the minced meat mixture cool down a bit. Fold in olives and feta

    Separate the egg. Place the slices of dough on top of each other. Roll out to a rectangle (20 x 40 cm) on a little flour. Cut into 8 squares (10 x 10 cm). Spread the chopped mass on top. Spread the edges of the dough with egg white and fold into a triangle. Press the edges firmly

    Place the bags on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 13-15 minutes
