Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 300 ml Cranberry nectar
  • 150 g fresh raspberries (alternatively thawed frozen raspberries)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 200 ml Milk

Directions

    Cook the cranberries and cranberry nectar for 4-5 minutes open. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Pass the raspberries through a sieve. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put cranberries with liquid, banana, raspberry puree, yoghurt and milk into a blender and mix vigorously at highest speed.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
