Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 kg raw organic shrimps (without shell and head)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 100 ml Ouzo
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200 g Feta

Directions

  1. 1

Wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into cubes. Wash parsley, shake dry. Remove the leaves and chop finely. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely.

  2. 2

Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings.

  3. 3

Rinse the shrimps, dab dry and remove the dark gut if necessary. Heat the oil in portions in a frying pan. Fry the prawns in the oil for 3-4 minutes while turning. Remove. Stir-fry the onions, garlic and tomatoes in the cooking fat for 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

Add the prawns again. Deglaze with ouzo and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Mix everything with parsley in an ovenproof dish. Crumble the feta and bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Flatbread tastes good with it.
