Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Apples (e.g. Gala)
  • 2 small bananas
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 150 g Whey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut chips

Directions

    Wash and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut apples into pieces. Put 12 apple pieces on 4 small skewers. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Put the remaining apple pieces, bananas, whey and apple juice in a mixer and puree.

    Pour into glasses and sprinkle with coconut chips. Serve apple smoothie with apple skewers.
