  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Coconut cream, sweetened
  • 4 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp some ice cubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated coconut chips

    Mix yoghurt, milk, coconut cream and lime juice with ice cubes in a shaker until creamy. Distribute through a bar sieve to four glasses. Decorate as desired with coconut shavings
