Wash and clean the strawberries and, except for one for decoration, quarter them. Roast nut flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown. Mix the multivitamin juice, yoghurt and ground hazelnuts, season with sugar and lemon juice.
Put the strawberry quarter in a glass, pour the drink and sprinkle with nut leaves. Cut the rest of the strawberry into slices with green. Put a slice of strawberry on the rim of the glass.
