  • 2 Figs (about 50 g each)
  • 50 ml Banana Juice
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Lime juice
  • 100 ml calorie-reduced drinking yoghurt (e.g.: Actimel)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Clean the figs and cut them into pieces. Add banana juice, lime juice and drinking yoghurt. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg and puree
