Potato with curry meat salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato (about 150 g)
  • 40 g calorie-reduced
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pork sausage
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 50 g red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 1/2 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for 25 minutes. In the meantime, remove the sausage from the skin and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash spring onions and peppers.

    Cut spring onions into rings, peppers into cubes. Stir salad cream and sour cream until smooth. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Stir in sausage, spring onions and paprika. Clean and wash lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar, onion and chives. Season with salt and pepper and add oil. Mix salad and marinade.

    Cut the potato lengthwise and fold it apart a little. Add the quark. Arrange potato and salad on a plate.
