Potato tart with spinach

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 100 g oblong shallots
  • 400 g Spinach
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 50 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and slice them finely. Fill into 2 greased moulds (20 or 24 cm Ø) in flaky form. Season cream with salt and pepper and pour over potatoes.

    First cook for 30 minutes in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3). In the meantime wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel shallots and cut them in half lengthwise. Sort the spinach, wash and drain.

    Cut the feta cheese into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the shallots in it. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper. Spread tomatoes, shallots, spinach, almonds and feta cheese on the potato layer and cook for another 15 minutes.
