  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Roasted onions

Directions

  1. 1

Put mashed potato powder in a bowl. Bring 200 ml of water and the herb mixture to the boil, pour in and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Add the quark, egg and fried onions. Season the potato dough with salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it cool down. Form the dough into a roll (approx. 5 cm) on a floured work surface and cut into 12 slices.

Fry the slices at medium heat from both sides in oil until golden brown. Leave to cool on a grill. Put one olive and one slice of salami each on a wooden skewer. Put a blob of crème fraîche on each taler and insert the prepared skewers. Arrange the thalers on a plate and serve garnished with parsley
