Stir 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder and boil again for about 1 minute while stirring. Let it cool down, stirring more often so that no skin is formed
Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Fold half the cream loosely into the pudding. Layer the pudding, cherry groats and remaining whipped cream alternately in a large bowl. Decorate with amarettini and lemon balm if desired
