Potato skewers with herb quark

Ingredients

  • 240 g small peeled potatoes
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 50 g cleaned radishes
  • 150 g cleaned cucumber
  • 1 (30 g) peeled onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 1-2 Salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Put them on 2-3 skewers. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes in it all around at low heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    In the meantime, wash the radish and cucumber and cut them into fine sticks or grate them roughly. Chop the onion finely. Wash parsley and chives. Stir everything with curd cheese and mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Arrange the potato skewers and herb quark together on a plate garnished with salad leaves

    -instead of the fresh herbs you can also use a frozen herb mixture. It also contains plenty of vitamins!

    -Whoever wants to, presses a small clove of garlic into the curd cheese as well. Provides valuable ingredients
