Potato salad with yoghurt-curry dressing

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Perennial celery
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 (approx. 350 g) Vienna sausage
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash, clean and cut the celery into pieces. Blanch the celery in little boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the sausages into slices.

    Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel. Cut into cubes. Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, sugar and curry. Mix potatoes, tomato, celery and sausages, pour sauce over salad, mix and arrange salad in a bowl. Garnish with parsley leaves as desired and sprinkle with curry
