75 g black olives without stone
100 g Rocket
30 g Anchovy fillets
150 g cherry tomatoes
2 packages (400 g each) Potato salad

Cut olives into rings. Clean and wash the rocket. Wash anchovies, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Mix potato salad with olives, rocket, anchovies and tomatoes and arrange in bowls.
