Waldorf salad with grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 75 g blue and green seedless grapes
  • 500 g Celeriac
  • 2-3 sour apples
  • 4 Salad leaves

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and some sugar. Whip cream until semi-stiff and fold in. Season to taste

    Roughly chop the nuts. Wash the grapes and halve depending on size. Peel and wash celery. Wash and core apples. Cut or slice celery and apples into fine strips. Mix everything with the sauce and let it stand for a short time

    Wash the lettuce leaves, dab dry and place in 4 glasses. Season salad again and distribute in the glasses. Crispy baguette tastes good with it
