Colourful noodle salad with yoghurt sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 Head lollo bianco or lettuce
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce, 2 chicory
  • 3 Oranges
  • 75 g low-fat semi-hard cheese (e.g. Cantenaar;
  • 7-10 Tbsp 30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 50 g lean cooked ham
  • 250 g Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain and allow to cool

    Clean, wash and pluck the salads into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the chicory. Remove some leaves, cut the rest into strips. If necessary, wash untreated orange and rub off the peel. Peel all oranges, removing the white skin with them. Cut out the fruit fillets between the parting skins, catching the juice

    Cheese rind. Cut ham and cheese into strips. Mix yoghurt, orange juice and possibly peel, season to taste. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and sauce, if necessary let it stand for a short time
