Mixed salad with Ćevapčići skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable onion (approx. 250 g)
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 400 g sour apples
  • 2 can(s) (each 425 ml/ separation weight: 255 g) kidney beans
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 collar Oregano
  • 5-6 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 700 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 8 Wooden shashlik skewers

Directions

    Peel the vegetable onion and dice it roughly. Cut the feta cheese into cubes as well. Wash and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut the apple quarters into small pieces. Pour the beans onto a sieve, rinse under cold water and drain.

    Clean the salad, wash it and also drain it. Wash oregano, dab dry and chop. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix beans, apples, feta cheese and vegetable onion with the marinade. Leave to stand for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions and knead with the minced meat, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Form small rolls with wet hands and put 3 rolls each on a skewer. Fry in a pan in the remaining hot oil or on a hot grill while turning for 6-8 minutes. Line a large plate with salad leaves.

    In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions and knead with the minced meat, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Form small rolls with wet hands and put 3 rolls each on a skewer. Fry in a pan in the remaining hot oil or on a hot grill while turning for 6-8 minutes. Line a large plate with salad leaves. Season the salad again and arrange it on top. Serve ready skewers with the salad. Flatbread tastes good with it
