  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (600 g each) frozen potato pancakes
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4). Coat the baking tray with 1 tablespoon of oil and spread the deep-frozen potato pancakes on top. Bake for about 10 minutes on each side until crispy.

    In the meantime clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Dice cheese. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry the spring onions for about 3 minutes, turning them and season with salt and pepper.

    Fold in the tomatoes. Arrange two buffers with the prepared ingredients on each side. Serve sprinkled with coloured pepper.
