Wash the potatoes, dab dry and quarter them lengthwise. Cut garlic sausage into slices. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into pieces as desired. Wash the rosemary and remove the needles.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes while turning. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add spring onions, garlic sausage and rosemary. Continue frying for about 5 minutes, season to taste again and serve.
