Potato mince skewers

Ingredients

  • 16 baby potatoes
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 small egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 16 (200 g) cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g medium-sized mushrooms
  • 8 Metal skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium grill trays

Directions

    Brush the potatoes vigorously under water, cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Quench, peel if necessary and let cool down

    Mix sour cream and quark until smooth. Peel garlic, chop finely and add. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and stir in, except for a little bit for garnishing. Season "Sour Cream" with salt and pepper and chill

    Soak the toast. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with minced meat, egg, expressed toast, salt, pepper and paprika. Form approx. 16 small balls with moistened hands

    Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thick slices. Wash the tomatoes. Clean and wash mushrooms. Put meatballs, potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes on the skewers. Put them into barbecue trays

    Grill on the hot grill for about 15 minutes. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything with sour cream, sprinkle with chives
