Potato gratin with salmon ham

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 tablespoons (15 g each) Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 washer (25 g) calorie-reduced Edam cheese (30% fat in dry matter)
  • 3 discs Salmon ham (approx. 13 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley and some stems of parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 18 minutes. Drain, cut into slices and place in a greased dish. Mix cream with pepper and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes.

    Cover with cheese and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Remove gratin from the pan and arrange on a plate with ham. Sprinkle gratin with chopped parsley and garnish with parsley leaves.
