Potato, bacon, plum pans

Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 16 dried soft plums
  • 175 g blue cheese
  • 8 discs Bacon

Directions

    Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Peel off the skin.

    Cut soft plums and 175 g blue cheese (e.g. from Bergader) into small pieces. Break the potatoes into pieces. Halve the bacon and fry until crispy on the grill plate of the raclette machine or in a pan.

    Place the potatoes, plums and bacon in the pans. Add the cheese and bake for about 5 minutes.
