Potato and leek gratin with ham

Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (200 g) small stick of cleaned leek (leek)
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, nutmeg
  • 30 g lean ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, cut them into quarters lengthwise and cook covered in salted water for about 15 minutes. Wash the leek, cut into large pieces and cook for about 5 minutes

    Finely grate the cheese. Mix with sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut ham into large pieces

    Drain the potatoes and leek. Put them with ham in a thinly greased casserole dish. Spread the cheese mixture over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes. Wash the chives, chop them coarsely and sprinkle over them
