Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 500 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 250 g Bondell cheese (in slices)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Dice the smoked pork. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat the fat in a large pot. Leek, potatoes and meat

    Fry for approx. 5 minutes, turning over. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk and bring to the boil. Pour everything into an ovenproof dish. Cut cheese into small pieces and spread on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley
