Fry for approx. 5 minutes, turning over. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk and bring to the boil. Pour everything into an ovenproof dish. Cut cheese into small pieces and spread on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley
