Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry for about 20 minutes, turning. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean and wash spring onions.
Cut off the lower ends about 5 cm long and cut lengthwise. Cut the rest into rings. Wash the sprouts and drain well. Add paprika and spring onions 5 minutes before end of frying time. Season with salt and China spice mixture.
Finally fold in the sprouts. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with chilli sauce.
