Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 75 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 75 g North Sea crabs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, peel and slice. In the meantime dice bacon finely. Peel and chop onion.

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Whisk eggs and chives. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash cucumber, cut into very fine slices. Peel shallots, cut into rings.

    Mix vinegar and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Marinate cucumbers and shallots with it. Heat the remaining oil. Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes while turning them, salt them. Add chopped onion, bacon and deep-sea crabs.

    Fry for another 5 minutes. Add the egg mixture. Leave to set on low heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with North Sea prawns. Add salad. Serve garnished with dill.
