Potato and cabbage pan with mince

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g new potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 (750 g) Head pointed cabbage
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 package (250 g) Hollandaise sauce

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potato slices for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

    In the meantime clean, quarter, wash and cut the cabbage into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add pointed cabbage and fry for another 5 minutes, season again.

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Warm up the sauce Hollandaise, stir in the chives. Add potatoes to the cabbage mince pan and mix. Pour sauce hollandaise over them.
