Heat a tall pot of oil at medium heat. Cut raclette cheese slices into fine cubes. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings and mix with the cheese. Divide the dumpling dough into 6 parts and press flat. Spread the cheese-chives mixture on top and form into 6 round dumplings. Turn the dumplings in breadcrumbs and fry them in oil until golden brown. Arrange the dumplings on the plates and add 2 tablespoons of cranberries to each dumpling
