Finely grate the cheese. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Grease a gratin dish (24.5 cm Ø). Place potato slices in the form of a fan in several layers in the mould. Season each layer with salt and pepper and sprinkle with some cheese. Pour cream over them
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 50-60 minutes. Remove, cut into pieces and garnish with thyme
