Wasabi puree for fish fillet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg mealy cook. Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON liquid honey, 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Fish fillets of 200 g (e.g. ling or saithe)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON sesame, 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • 200 ml milk, 1 tablespoon butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Wasabi Paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce

Directions

    Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes

    Mix vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil. Wash the cucumber and slice into long thin slices. Mix with the marinade

    Wash the fish fillets, dab dry, cut in half and sprinkle with lemon. Roast sesame seeds in 2 tablespoons of hot oil, remove. Season fish, turn in flour, tap off. Fry in 2 tbsp. hot oil on each side for approx. 3 minutes

    Heat milk and butter together. Drain and mash the potatoes. Stir in milk. Season with salt and 1-2 teaspoons wasabi. Arrange everything with wasabi and soy sauce. Add roasted sesame seeds

    Drink: cool white wine
