Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 7-10 Tbsp 500 g. Pork loin
  • 7-10 Tbsp 500 g. Mushrooms
  • 2 Onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Potato Roastis
  • 7-10 Tbsp teaspoon flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp clarified butter

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the pork loin and cut the meat strand into small medallions (not too thick). Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalk. Then cut into thin slices. Skin the onions and cut them into fine half rings.

  2. 2

Put the potato roasts (deep-frozen) in the preheated oven at 180° for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, slowly fry the mushrooms and onions over a low heat.

  3. 3

    Add one teaspoonful of flour.

  4. 4

Shortly before the potato roastis and onion and mushroom vegetables are ready, heat another pan to high temperature. Now add the pork loin medallions, slightly tenderized with a meat hammer, to the pan.

  5. 5

Keep an eye on the medallions so that they do not become too tight.

  6. 6

Briefly fry the medallions from both sides. Always make sure that the meat gives a little more when you test it with a fork (press lightly on the meat) (then it is still nice and tender).

  7. 7

After about 1.5 minutes of browning from both sides, remove the meat from the pan.

  8. 8

Combine everything together and dinner is ready.

  9. 9

    Bon appetit!.
