After-work Texmex salad with minced beef

Ingredients

  • 350 g minced beef
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Maïs-Paprika-Kidney Bean Mix
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 red pointed paprika
  • 1 red onion
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice

Directions

    Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Season well with salt, pepper and cayenne. Rinse the corn mix in a sieve and let it drain. Clean, wash, drain and cut the salad into strips. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into fine rings.

    Peel onion and cut into strips.

    Season yoghurt with lime juice, salt, cayenne pepper and sugar. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the yoghurt sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
