Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and clean the peppers and also dice them finely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and bell peppers in it. Grate the parmesan.
Put flour, polenta and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add eggs, milk, 6 tablespoons of oil, salt, sugar and paprika powder and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough.
