Ingredients

  • 500 g Plums
  • 100 g whole peeled almonds
  • 3/8 l Armagnac (40% vol.)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar syrup

Directions

    Clean the plums, wash them thoroughly and dab dry with kitchen paper. Put almonds and plums in a glass. Mix Armagnac and sugar syrup and pour over the plums. Close the jar and let it stand for about 2 days. Delicious with nut ice cream and fresh waffles
