Plum with Grappa

Ingredients

  • 1.2-1.4 kg Plums
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 4-5 tablespoons (50 ml) Grappa or plum brandy

Directions

    Wash, stone and quarter the plums. Weigh 1 kg of flesh

    Mix the jam sugar and plums well in a large pot and leave to stand for 3-4 hours

  3. 3

    Then bring to the boil while stirring, then boil for exactly 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Stir in the grappa. Immediately fill jam into clean glasses and close them. Let cool down
