Baguettes in two different ways

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tin(s) (80 g) Tuna fillets, natural
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 8 discs (approx. 150 g) Baguette
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) Salad cream
  • 4 discs (10 g each) air-dried ham (e.g. Serrano ham)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some basil

Directions

    Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomato. Dice the flesh. Peel and finely dice the onion. Drain the tuna, chop with a fork

    Mix lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Fold in diced tomatoes, onion and tuna

    Remove the seeds from the melon and cut out balls or dice the flesh

  4. 4

    Spread the baguette with salad cream. Cover 4 slices with 1 slice of ham and 1/4 melon each. Cover 4 slices with tuna salad. Garnish everything with basil
