Coarsely chop 50 g chocolate. Take 5 tablespoons of milk from the 1/2 l. Stir with sugar and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder and amaretto. Bring the pudding briefly to the boil again
Rinse 4 moulds (each containing approx. 150 ml) cold. Pour in the pudding and add chocolate pieces (do not stir!). Chill the pudding for approx. 3 hours
Roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Remove. Slice the rest of the chocolate with a peeler into thin shavings
Put 200 ml of milk in a bowl. Add sauce powder and stir everything thoroughly for about 1 minute. Remove the pudding from the rim and turn it over. Pour chocolate sauce over it. Decorate with almonds, chocolate shavings and possibly orange slices
