Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Plums
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 4 TSP clarified butter

Directions

    Mix eggs, flour, milk, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Let rest for 30 minutes. Wash, quarter and stone the plums. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Heat 1 teaspoon of clarified butter in a pan.

    Put 1/4 of the dough into the hot pan and fry. Turn the pancakes and cover with plums. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Finish frying the pancakes. 3 more peas
