Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp about 1,2 kg plums
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Wash the plums, drain well, cut in half and stone them. Weigh 1 kg of fruit flesh and mix with jam sugar. Leave to soak for 3-4 hours. Now bring the mixture to the boil while stirring constantly, add the cinnamon sticks and then cook for 4-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.

    Pour hot into carefully prepared glasses. If you want to store the plum jam, pour it into twist-off jars. Close the jars immediately and place them on the lid. Turn them over again after 5-10 minutes
