Asparagus vegetables with sesame butter

Ingredients

  • 750 g whiter and greener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Asparagus
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 500 g young carrots
  • 250 g Sugar Peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Peel the white asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Wash the green asparagus and break off the woody ends. Cook the asparagus peel and cut off the asparagus in salted water with lemon juice and sugar for 15 minutes.

    Drain the asparagus peel and collect the liquid. Cook white asparagus in asparagus water for 20 minutes. After 5-7 minutes add the green asparagus. Peel the carrots, clean the sugar peas and wash everything.

    Cook in little boiling salted water with nutmeg for 5-7 minutes. Hard boil the eggs, peel and chop them. Roast sesame seeds in hot fat. Wash and finely chop the dill, put something aside for garnishing. Drain vegetables and arrange on plates.

    Pour sesame butter over it. Sprinkle with egg and dill. Garnish with dill and lemon.
