Noodle casserole with plums

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 l Milk
  • 500 g Noodles
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 500 g Plums
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 30 g Sugar

Directions

    Boil up a litre of milk. Cook the pasta in it for twelve minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 50 grams of sugar and some nutmeg. Wash, halve, stone and quarter the plums.

    Layer the pasta and plums in a greased casserole dish. Whisk remaining milk, remaining sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Pour over the noodles. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 45 minutes.

    Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
